EL TELETREBALL

El teletreball constitueix un nou sistema organitzatiu del treball. Pot ser una sortida professional per a moltes persones que per la causa que sigui tenen dificultats o no volen desplaçar-se a un lloc de treball convencional.
Per teletreballar només cal disposar d'un ordinador personal, un mòdem i una connexió a internet, encara que en ocasions els facilita la pròpia empresa. A partir d'aquí les necessitats específiques de cada professional varien en funció de la seva activitat.
En aquest document trobareu informació i idees per considerar aquesta forma de treball com una alternativa vàlida per incorporar-vos al món del treball.
El teletreball és un nou sistema d'organització del treball en què la persona treballadora desenvolupa una part important de la seva feina fora de l'empresa i per mitjans telemàtics. Per teletreballar només cal disposar d'un ordinador personal, un mòdem i una connexió a Internet. A partir d'aquí les necessitats específiques de cada professional varien en funció de la seva activitat.
Les persones teletreballadores actuen en quasi tots els camps professionals, però n'hi ha uns en els quals el desenvolupament informàtic i el tipus d'activitat han facilitat que el teletreball s'hagi desenvolupat més que en d'altres. Aquests camps, ordenats de més importants a menys són:

• Consultoria i serveis a les empreses
• Programació i serveis informàtics
• Consultoria i serveis financers
• Màrqueting
• Serveis i atenció mèdica
• Arts gràfiques, visuals i multimèdia
• Relacions públiques i publicitat
• Comptabilitat i auditoria
• Escriptors, guionistes i creadors de continguts
• Comercials i venedors independents
